Dorset UTMC Delivered
Cloud Amber is pleased to announce the successful delivery and site acceptance test of our largest and most complicated system to-date.
The implementation of the Dorset system relied on the liaison and integration of CCTV, Roadworks, Incidents, Events, Traffic Counters, Weather Stations, ANPR, Detectors, SCOOT and Remote Monitoring. Liaising with internal and external contacts Cloud Amber was able to resolve all the issues associated with integrating large systems of this kind.
Dorset County Council engineers and managers are now able to use the Argonaut management centre on any PC in the county’s network using Cloud Ambers web technology. For the first time, the public can view and use Cloud Ambers Voyager to see relevant Dorset traffic and travel information about their journey.
